Matthew Kragh

Our Principals

Matthew H. Kragh

Matthew Kragh, AIA, has been an integral leader in the design and development of several design and honor awards from the American Institute of Architects. Before Matthew located to Florida in 1997, he was published in “Murphy Jahn” an architectural book called by the firms name Murphy/Jahn for being a part of that team which created the Duetsch Post, Halo Office Building, and the Sony Center mixed use development in Berlin. In 2004, Matthew was named one of Naples “Forty under Forty” by Gulfshore Business, and Humanitarian of the Year by AIA Florida Southwest. In 2008, Matthew received the W.R. Frizell Medal of Honor which is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon an architect from the American Institute of Architect’s Florida Southwest Chapter. In 2013, Matthew received the President’s Award from the American Institute of Architects.

Mitch Lehde

Mitch received his Bachelor and Master of Architecture at the University of Florida, and also studied at the Vicenza Institute of Architecture (VIA) in Northern Italy. Prior to joining MHK Architecture and Planning, he worked for 8 years in Naples, FL specializing in residential architecture, and later established his own firm in Greenville, SC where he continued a focus in residential design in the Western Carolinas. In addition to residential architecture Mr. Lehde has designed many private theaters regionally based on his expertise in architectural acoustics. Lehde is currently co-chair of the Urban Design Review Board for the City of Greenville’s downtown district and has actively participated with Clemson University’s College of Architecture as a guest juror for student design studios.
